A greenhouse is a structure built specifically to nurture and stimulate growth in young plants. Much like a greenhouse, the church needs structures in place to give opportunities, teaching, and coaching to aspiring young leaders.
What's the goal of the greenhouse?
To help the residents grow in practical godliness.
To teach and explain Ridgewood’s ecclesiological vision.
To provide practical opportunities in significant “hands-on” aspects of pastoral ministry with feedback.
To help the resident discern their long-term ministry calling.
