Remember, this program is only as effective as your buy-in. If you want to do this well, make sure you're able and willing to really commit to being cared for by your host. Make sure you have the bandwidth to be able to be with them once a month!

I understand that, in order for the Adopt a College Student Program to be successful and beneficial to the adoptive family of Ridgewood and myself, I need to regularly attend Ridgewood. We, therefore, ask that you make a commitment to attend Ridgewood while involved in the ministry.

I agree to fully commit to Ridgewood's Adopt a College Student Program for the Spring of the 2021/22 school year. This means connecting with my host family at least once per month and maintaining weekly communication.

I agree to communicate with my host family and Mikey Smith if I, at any time, cannot or desire to no longer participate in the ministry.
