Ridgewood building use request

WHO

Use of Ridgewood Church’s property at 407 Ridgewood Drive is intended primarily for its covenanted members, however, community non-profit institutions are also able to submit reservation requests.

Events that serve a religious function (such as weddings and funerals) will be restricted to covenanted members of the church only.

The church’s ministry calendar is given first preference on any space needs, with members given next preference and in that order. Ministry related requests will also be given preference over personal use.

WHEN

Requests should be made no less than three weeks in advance of intended date of use. Ridgewood will not accept reservation requests more than six months in advance of the dates being requested.

HOW tO MAKE A REQUEST

• Read Ridgewood Church’s statement of faith in it’s entirety, which can be found here.

• Complete the “RESERVATION FORM / EVENT DETAILS” below.

APPROVAL PROCESS

• In order for reservation requests to be considered, all portions of this form must be completed in their entirety.

• Requests for building use will be reviewed monthly.

• Please be advised that Ridgewood reserves the right to accept or deny reservation requests based on the terms of this policy and its institutional discretion.

• If your request is accepted, a follow up communication will be made with our contract and building use instructions that we will ask you to sign and date.

• A $25 to $200 building use fee will be assessed to all accepted events based upon the needs and scope of reservation.
